About
This colored photograph shows two children and an older gentleman examining notices posted in a war garden. Though the foreground is a lush garden with several rows of greenery, outside of the garden it is remarkably cosmopolitan, industrial buildings looming over the patch of green. The three figures also seem to be city-dwellers, dressed in school uniforms and a suit, respectively, not familiar with the farming this garden is encouraging.
