Library of Congress

The Library of Congress is the largest library in the world with collections that include millions of books, recordings, photographs, newspapers and manuscripts. The Library is the main research arm of the United States Congress and the home of the United States Copyright Office. It is also the oldest federal cultural institution in the United States.
